I thought I’d wear a shirt today…

“…and when you sense a faint potentiality for happiness after such dark times you must grab onto the ankles of that happiness and not let go until it drags you face-first out of the dirt. This is not selfishness, but obligation. You were given life; it is your duty to find something beautiful within life no matter how slight.”
 Eat, Pray, Love

There is no other way I know how to describe my happiness except to say this;

It’s a moment in time when two things meet…

Profound Gratitude AND Profound Worthiness

It is the moment when I am sincerely grateful and at the same exact time I feel worthy enough to accept it.

This little part is called HAPPINESS.

Have you felt it?

I have.

Now remember it.

And desperately hold on to it until the next little part comes along again.

Then give it away and be someone else’s little part.
