I made a shocking discovery.
Yesterday I had a client I worked with at least a dozen times walk into my store that I hadn’t seen in about 3 years. She walked straight up to me and said, “Is Jennifer here?” I replied, “Bonnie, you mean me, it’s Jennifer.”
I understood that I had made a lot of physical changes since I’d seen her last but I guess they seemed more subtle to me over time. I had been in Bonnie’s home 6 or 7 times and it took her what felt like a full minute to register that it was really me she was talking to.
This is me when Bonnie knew me. (in the middle cutting the ribbon)
This is me now (on the right)
This is the truth.

MAKE A WOMAN BEAUTIFUL
However, it may be a sign that I care more about myself now than ever and THAT just may be the beginnings of beautiful.
PAIN CERTAINLY MAKES PEOPLE CHANGE.
“A person who has good thoughts cannot ever be ugly. You can have a wonky nose and a crooked mouth and a double chin and stick-out teeth, but if you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.”
― Roald Dahl
Now, if I only had before and after pictures of the changes I’ve made on the inside, it would all be perfectly clear.
